Terms & Payment

Cabinets & Countertops of Texas

We provide the customer with a detailed proposal of the work, and the cost of the job. Upon acceptance of the proposal, that becomes our contract with the customer. Upon receiving, when applicable, we will provide a submittal drawing for the customer for approval of the actual job before construction begins.

We do require an advance that covers the cost of the materials. Then, depending on the size of the job, we can negotiate progress payments. Balance is due upon completion of the project, not “net 30+” or “paid when paid” as is sometimes required by some GC’s. We are a millwork shop, not a bank, loan company, or credit card company.

We accept credit card payments for those preferring to pay this way. If paying with credit card please note that your invoice will include additional fees to cover the merchant fees charged by the credit card processing company.
